Structural Test Control System

Labtronic™ 8800 Digital Controller Available as a compact tower providing up to six channels of control or as a 19 inch rack mounted unit providing control for up to 24 actuators. Its extended feature set and capability makes it suitable for a wide range of applications ranging from simple component tests to complex multi-axis tests and full vehicle simulators. It is fully expandable and integrates into the Labsite™ software.

Ease of Configuration

  • Each compact tower or rack module can control up to four independent tests simultaneously in multi-station mode.
  • Automatically senses the presence of connections.
  • Simple plug and play operability.
  • Ability to be syncronized with other versions to provide additional channels of control and linked to existing 8500 and 8400 controllers.
  • Can be integrated into any testing lab by retrofitting the unit to control servohydraulic testing systems from other manufacturers. This includes any older analogue controllers for full-vehicle testing.
  • Tightly integrated with RS Labsite™, our unique PC-based Windows® applications software.

Optimized Workflow

The Labtronic digital laboratory integration provides complete mobility of your test data. The industry standard HS488 GPIB interface allows communication with PCs using standard plugin cards, creating an environment in which you can perform computer control, data acquisition and graphical display all set at the same time. By adding a local area network to the PC, data can be transferred easily to other computers.
