RS LabSite™ Software Modules

RS LabSite™ SoftwareSelect image to enlarge RS LabSite is a suite of software modules designed to combine physical testing and virtual prototyping, and provides an integrated digital test environment. RS LabSite incorporates all of the tools required in this process, including:

  • Visualization and preparation of target data
  • Configuration of test rig hardware
  • Drive file generation
  • Durability sequencing and monitoring
  • Results and damage analysis

All this is managed through a database structure which is scalable for specific requirements.

    LMS TecWare is a modular suite of software tools that allow to analyze and validate load data including multi-axial loads acting on full vehicles or subassemblies. Field or test lab data can be processed interactively but also completely automated using TecWare Batch capabilities. In addition LMS TecWare comprises advanced solutions to generate customer correlated test scenarios to be used in the lab or on the track for endurance testing. These load scenarios are also essential early in the design process of a new product when virtual prototyping tools like LMS DADS and LMS FALANCS are used to validate the new design from durability perspective.

    LMS FALANCS is a computer-aided durability engineering package that enables fatigue life prediction (stress-life and strain-life approach) in a test environment based on measured strain signals or in a virtual prototyping context based on an Finite-Element calculation. Shared material property and solution parameter data bases and a common user interface eases learning and knowledge sharing.
