The Durability Alliance

The Durability Alliance formed between IST, LMS International and Kistler AG is working together to provide world-class solutions for the physical testing of hardware and software, virtual prototype simulation and engineering analysis software. The added value delivered through seamless integration and support, enables customers to reduce time to market and improve product quality and performance.

This Alliance has been driven by our customers. To ensure first class integration of the products, LMS and IST have formed joint development teams. RS-TWR (Time Waveform Replication Software) is one outcome of this team and ensures first class integration of simulation software with damage monitoring and analysis.

IST also cooperates very closely with other companies who are specialists in their field.

Kistler AG/IGEL

Kistler AG/IGEL has designed and manufactured Wheel Force Transducers and are leaders in light weight designs. IST uses Kistler/IGEL wheel force transducers on all of its axel test rigs for laboratory testing.
