Peel Extension

Peel extension is a derived channel calculated as extension divided by a peel factor. The value of the peel factor varies according to specimen geometry. For 90 degree peel specimens and friction specimens, the peel factor is 1. For 180 degree peel specimens, T-peel specimens and tear specimens, the peel factor is 2.
