Letter from Instron on COVID-19 Actions

To Our Valued Customers

I am writing today as I know that Coronavirus, COVID-19, is a source of significant concern for everyone right now - and I wanted to let you know we're here to help to the best of our capability and that we are following Government guidance in every country we operate.

Instron remains open for business and is making every effort to continue providing the Products and Services you expect. We are working hard with our local offices to minimize the impact and deliver Products and Services as planned. We are taking appropriate measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our production facilities.

Our Service Group will continue to service your equipment in all cases where it is deemed safe to do so and in accordance with all local regulations and following guidelines established by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. If our service technicians cannot enter your facility, support is available as usual through phone, email and Instron Connect Support.

Instron understands that this is a very fluid situation. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 through multiple sources including the U.S. Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. If there is an adverse change to our current status that would impact our ability to support our customers, we will communicate this as appropriate.

Our goal is to minimize disruption to our current business practices while ensuring a safe environment for our employees, customers, and vendors.

Sincerely,
Patty Hartzell
Group President
