Machine de Traction LX
Conçue dès l'origine pour les essais haute capacité de traction, la machine de traction à espace d'essai unique LX permet également les essais de compression, pliage/flexion et cisaillement. Ce modèle est alimenté par un système hydraulique qui actionne un vérin à longue course délivrant la force nécessaire à l'essai.
Caractéristiques
- Bâti compact qui comporte en un seul espace le bâti d'essai, le groupe hydraulique, l'électronique et le panneau de commande, d'où une réduction de l'encombrement au sol significative de plus de 60 %.
- Bâti adaptable avec un espace vaste d'essai facile d'accès et une longue course qui permet de s'adapter à de nombreuses tailles d'éprouvettes, de mâchoires, fours, fixations ou extensomètres.
- L'électronique de commande reconnait et étalonne automatiquement les canaux. Vous êtes certain d'utiliser les bons instruments et les données obtenues sont fiables.
- Le choix du logiciel d'essai Partner™ ou Bluehill® apporte la flexibilité et la facilité d'utilisation pour votre système d'essai.
- Convient idéalement pour les essais de traction et résistance de fixations, chaînes, d'éprouvettes droites ou filetées, câbles ou matériaux en plaques.
- Disponible avec traverse à blocage manuel et colonnes à encoches ou à élévateurs et vérouillage automatiques pour l'ajustement de l'espace d'essai.

LX Static Hydraulic Universal Testing System - Pre-Installation Manual
The information in this document is intended to aid customers in the site preparation, unpacking, lifting, and installation of the Instron Model LX Static Hydraulic Universal Testing Systems. These instructions assume the following: • Your system consists of a frame, a hydraulic power supply, a control unit, a computer system with an Instron materials testing software package, and any testing accessories necessary to secure the specimen in the test space. It is important that the site be adequately prepared in order to avoid unnecessary delays in the installation process and to ensure that the testing system operates without interference from various environmental conditions (i.e. excess building vibrations or extreme temperature and humidity levels).
