ISO 13937-4 舌状試験片の引裂き特性
ISO 13937-4規格は、主に織物生地に適用されますが、他の技法で製造された生地にも適用できます。この規格の第4部では、二重引裂き試験法を用いて舌状繊維織物試験片の引裂き強さ（引裂力）を測定する手順を規定しています。長方形の試験片を複数箇所で切断して舌片を形成し、この舌片を使用して2つの引裂を伝播させ、引裂強さまたは引裂特性を測定します。
この試験では、多くのデータポイントを確実に捕捉するために試験データレートを上げることが重要です。これは、ファブリック内の個々のファイバーが故障した場合、データ・レートがこれらのピークを捕らえるのに十分な速さでなければならないためです。
ラバーコーティングされた爪面を持つ空気圧式サイドアクショングリップは、ズボンの試料のクランプに適しています。手動式グリップも使用できますが、使いやすさ、生産性、再現性の高さから、多くの方が空気圧式サイドアクショングリップを好んで使用しています。グリップ圧を調整できるため、把持圧を微調整してジョーの破損やスリップを防ぐことができます。
