API5L和ISO 3183管材的拉伸測試
在世界各地，最主要的投資為自然資源的安全開採和精煉，促使市場更加重視用於石油套管和管道運輸系統的鋼管品質。管材的形狀、管壁的厚度和直徑會對拉伸測試時夾持和應變測量帶來極大的挑戰。
API5L/ISO 3183標準遵從ISO 6892-1和ASTM A370的拉伸規範。測試全截面管材的原因是管材生產商和Instron都希望減少試樣製備的負擔，然而這樣做管材兩端在拉伸過程中必須插入塞頭，防止夾具軋碎試樣。如果全截面管材尺寸太大，測試機架無法夾持，可依據ISO和ASTM標準，在管材產品上沿縱向切出條狀試樣。
對於應變量測，按方法需要2"(50mm)的標距，可採用夾式或自動延伸計，而全尺寸試樣，我們提供工業用延伸計（直徑可達89 mm）。對於縱向條狀試樣，可選擇較小夾於機架上的設備，緊貼條狀試樣的內徑和外徑，防止不規則形狀試樣引起的打滑，確保測量的準確。
管材拉伸測試中，我們最受歡迎的系統為工業系列1000HDX。我們建議採用全開放液壓夾具配置，它操作便利、提高安全性、保證試樣夾持時不打滑。對於管材測試，我們建議使用多功能的Bluehill® 3 軟體，已根據ISO 6892-1和 A370標準預先進行了測試方法的設置，以滿足API5L/ISO 3183的要求。
