每一天電腦鍵盤被使用在世界上的辦公室,工廠與家庭中。對於鍵盤製造商其中之一個最大的挑件就是按鍵在受到打字時的反覆力量之長期耐久特性。
 
動態測試的目的是經由對按鍵完全壓到底之後的彈簧上升反應來複製鍵盤受到的正常手指壓力。
 
對於此測試,我們使用我們的ElectroPlus™ E100測試設備 配置低容量的 Dynacell ™ 與簡單的壓縮平台來進行此測試,選擇現成的鍵盤並使上兩個支撐塊安裝於 T 型槽中。
 
對於任何元件測試,荷重元必須安裝於上面移動的致動器來提供準確的力量量測,使用內建的 Dynacell 荷重元功能,自動補償是設定來克服在極低應力時初始力量的問題。
 
我們手動輕推致動器來建立上升點的絕對位置,並平衡數位記錄器,使用預設位置,正弦波會在 5 Hz 的位移控制模式運轉,三模態控制應用於提供 -2.5 N 低應力峰值的外環控制與按鍵之上的紀錄器控制的正向上升,位移與力量曲線在測試時皆會監控且力量曲線會顯現出彈簧回彈與上升狀態之充分的接合。

ElectroPuls® E1000 All-Electric Dynamic Test Instrument

The ElectroPuls® E1000 is a state-of-the-art, all-electric test instrument designed for dynamicand static testing on a wide range of materials and components. It includes Instron® advanceddigital control electronics, DynacellTM load cell, Console software, and the very latest in testingtechnology – hassle-free tuning based on specimen stiffness, electrically operated crossheadlifts, a T-slot table for flexible test set ups, and a host of other user-orientated features. Poweredfrom a single-phase supply it requires no additional utilities for basic machine operation (forexample, pneumatic air, hydraulics, or water).

Dynacell Fatigue Rated Load Cells

The 2527 Series load cells are designed for use with Dynamic Testing Systems; offering exceptional performance with the ability to measure forces as low as 1/250th of the force capacity to an accuracy of 0.5% of reading. Automatic transducer recognition and electrical calibration, makes them easy to use. The load cells can withstand loads up to 150% of their force capacity without damage and 300% without mechanical failure. All Instron load cells are individually temperature-compensated and tested for accuracy and repeatability on calibration apparatus that is traceable to international standards, with a measurement uncertainty that does not exceed one-third of the permissible error of the load cell.
