ISO 6383-1 塑料薄膜和薄片撕裂阻力
此方法用于研究厚度小于 1 mm 的塑料薄膜或薄片的撕裂阻力，采用标准裤形试样。
ISO 6383-1 测试方法适用于：
柔性和刚性材料的薄膜和薄片，但材料不能过于刚硬，以免在测试中发生脆性断裂。
测试原理为：将试样仔细夹持并对中，使试样的裤腿部分位于夹具中，其主轴与连接夹具中心的假想线重合。以恒定位移速率将试样拉开直至破坏，同时记录撕裂贯穿试样整个未切割长度过程中的载荷。沿试样全长完全撕裂所需的平均力，用于计算材料的撕裂阻力。
我们使用手动平推夹具、带有橡胶涂层夹面的气动夹具来夹持材料，这些夹具安装在拉伸试验系统上，通常是单立柱式或 双立柱台式设计。使用材料测试软件（如 Bluehill®）可以输入样品详细信息、设置所需的测试控制、自动计算所需的结果和统计数据，并按照标准生成测试报告。

2710 Series Screw Side Action Grips
Screw side-action grips provide a very simple and efficient method for holding test specimens in a wide range of applications. The dual – acting design of 2710-100 series grips means that jaw faces can be adjusted to accommodate different specimen thicknesses.
