ISO 10275:2007 인장 변형 강화(Tensile Strain Hardening) 지수
ISO 10275:2007은 흔히 n-value라고 불리는, 일반적으로 sheet 나 stripe 등 판형 금속 재료의 tensile strain hardening 지수를 결정해주는 방법을 정합니다.
n-value를 계산하는 시험은 ISO 6892를 통해 행해지고, axial 연신계(axial extensometer)를 이용하여 stress-strain 곡선을 얻을 수 있습니다. n-value는 전체 균일한 소성 변형 영역으로 부터 구할 수 있습니다. 이는 통상적으로 일정한 strain hardening 영역에서 부터, 어떤 항복 현상 후에, 인장 강도의 바로 전 지점까지로 계산됩니다. Bluehill (not lite) 이나 Partner software를 통해서 이 계산을 자동으로 수행할 수 있습니다.
ISO 10275 테스트는 전형적으로 ISO 10113, 소성 변형 비율 테스트와 동시에 행해집니다.
