ISO 1926 경질 발포 플라스틱의 인장 특성
기본적으로는 시편을 상하 두 클램핑 죠(clamping jaw)에 물려서 일정한 변위 속도로 시편이 파단될 때까지 당기는 것입니다. 시험 동안에 하중과 신율이 기록되고 인장강도와 파단신율을 구하는데 이용됩니다.
이 시험을 위해서는 스크류 액션 그립(screw action grips), 공압식 그립(pneumatic action grips)을 고무 코팅된 죠페이스(jawface)를 인장시험기(tensile testing machine)에 설치하여 시험합니다. 인장시험기는 대개 단축(single-column) 또는 이축(dual-column table-top) 디자인의 시스템을 사용합니다. 연신율을 구하는 방법은 아래 두 가지를 이용하실 수 있습니다 :
1. 접촉식 장거리 신율계(contacting long travel extensometer)를 시편에 부착하는 방법
2. 비접촉식 신율계(noncontacting extensometer)로서 첨단 비디오신율계(AVE) 또는 표준형 비디오신율계(SVE)를 기계 본체의 기둥에 설치하여 시편에 접촉되는 부분 없이 신율을 측정하실 수 있습니다.
두 종류의 신율계 모두 재료의 길이의 상대적 변화, 즉 신율을 측정하는데 적합합니다.
시편의 세부 사항을 입력하고 원하는 시험 조건을 설정하고 자동으로 시험 결과와 통계치를 계산해주며 시험 표준에 맞는 보고서를 작성해주기 위해서는 Bluehill® 2와 같은 소프트웨어를 이용합니다.
시험에 필요한 모든 치구와 결과의 필요 조건들을 이해하기 위하여 ISO 1926를 충분히 검토하는 것이 필요합니다.

Automatic Contacting Extensometer – Model AutoX 750

2710 Series Screw Side Action Grips
