ISO 813 경질 기판에의 고무 접착 강도
ISO 813은 금속과 같은 경질 재료에 대한 고무의 접착력을 측정하는 방법입니다. 이 표준에서는 고무 재료와 경질 기판사이의 접착력을 측정하기 위한 박리 절차에 대해 설명하고 있습니다 접착력 시험에서 측정되는 힘은 결합된 표면에서 인열을 시키는, 즉 시편에서 층을 벗겨내는 힘인 것입니다. 이 시험에서 관심을 가지는 값은 "접착강도"이며 평균하중을 시편의 폭으로 나눈값입니다. 정확한 시험 결과를 얻기 위해서는 데이터 취득 기능이 필수적인 중요 요소입니다. 시험 장비의 데이터 취득 속도는 시험의 피크와 계곡점을 정확히 잡아내기에 충분한 고속이어야 합니다.
Bluehill® Software 는 접착력을 계산하고 사용자가 소프트웨어 내의 드롭다운 메뉴에서 파단의 형태를 등록하여 결과 보고에 이용함으로써 시험 생산성을 향상시킬 수도 있습니다. 고무 띠가 상부 그립에 의해 벗겨짐에 따라 기판을 잡고 움직이도록 설계된 90도 박리치구(90° peel fixture)의 사용을 권장합니다. 공압식 그립(Pneumatic side-action grips)은 사용하기 쉽고 생산성과 재연성을 높여 줍니다. 수동식 그립(Manual screw-action grips)은 이 시험에 경제적인 해결책으로 이용하실 수 있습니다.
