Die Prüfmaschinen aus der DX-Serie sind konzipiert für Zug-, Druck-, Biege- und Scherversuche mit hohen Kräften. Die Erzeugung der erforderlichen Prüfkräfte erfolgt über ein hydraulisches Pumpensystem in Verbindung mit einer Kolbenbaugruppe.

  • Prüfrahmen, Hydraulikversorgung, Elektronik und Bedienfeld sind in einer kompakten Einheit vereint - dadurch sinkt der Platzbedarf um mehr als 60%.
  • Flexible Rahmenkonstruktion mit zwei Prüfräumen erlaubt schnellen Wechsel zwischen Zug- und Druckprüfungen, ohne dass schwere Spannvorrichtungen ausgebaut werden müssen.
  • Gekerbte Säule ermöglicht Verstellung der oberen Traverse
  • Digitale Steuer- und Regelelektronik bietet hohe Genauigkeit und schnelles Ansprechverhalten. Der integrierte Regler erkennt und kalibriert Aufnehmer automatisch - dadurch sind keine Schalter, Potentiometer oder Einstellskalen mehr erforderlich.
  • Universalmaterialprüfsoftware Partner oder Bluehill® 2 sorgt für ein Höchstmaß an Bedienerfreundlichkeit und Flexibilität. 
  • Eingebautes Keilspannzeug - mit glatten oder genuteten Spannflächen zur Prüfung einer Vielzahl von Proben,  z.B. Stäben, Platten, Rohren, Blechen oder Draht.
  • Mit vorne offener Traverse und hydraulischer Spannzeugbetätigung lieferbar - dies sorgt für maximale Produktivität und höchsten Sicherheitsstandard.

DX Static Hydraulic Universal Testing System – Pre-Installation Manual

The information in this document is intended to aid customers in the site preparation, unpacking, lifting, and installation of the Instron Model DX Static Hydraulic Universal Testing Systems. These instructions assume the following: • Your system consists of a frame, a hydraulic power supply, a control unit, a computer system with an Instron materials testing software package, and any testing accessories necessary to secure the specimen in the test space. It is important that the site be adequately prepared in order to avoid unnecessary delays in the installation process and to ensure that the testing system operates without interference from various environmental conditions (i.e. excess building vibrations or extreme temperature and humidity levels).

These instructions do not include the development of test methods within the materials testing software. This is covered in more advanced training that can be provided by Instron Service and Training departments.
