概要
Instron® CEAST SmartRheo 系列毛細管流變儀系統專為研發（R&D）而設計，用於熱塑性材料的先進品質控制，因為可藉由廣泛的剪切速率與試驗環境來精確判斷聚合試片的流變性能。CEAST SmartRheo 系列是廣為應用的毛細管流變儀，因為它的輕巧結構、高剛性、可靠且先進技術的儀器滿足試驗領域市場的需求
毛細管流變儀系統可做單料筒或雙料筒配置。雙料筒配置允許兩個同時並且獨立的流變試驗，直接比較兩種不同樣品或兩組相同材料的表現。廣泛的配件讓試驗能力極廣，包括確定基本屬性如熔融強度、導熱性、模口膨脹和 PVT（壓力、體積、溫度）行為，並允許模擬過程，如射出成型、擠出、吹塑和薄膜吹塑。
