Designed to suit ElectroPuls E10000 systems, the 2742-315 pneumatic wedge action grips are suitable for tension, compression, torsion and reverse-stress testing on a wide range of specimens and materials. The grips are pneumatically operated directly from the machine handset and the open-fronted design provides easy specimen insertion, positioning and clamping.

ElectroPuls® E10000 All-Electric Dynamic Test Instrument

The ElectroPuls® E10000 is a state-of-the-art, all-electric test instrument designed for dynamicand static testing on a wide range of materials and components. It includes Instron® advanceddigital control electronics, DynacellTM load cell, Console software, and the very latest in testing technology – hassle-free tuning based on specimen stiffness, electrically operated crossheadlifts, a T-slot table for flexible test set ups and a host of other user-orientated features. Powered from a single-phase supply it requires no additional utilities for basic machine operation (for example, pneumatic air, hydraulics, or water).

Upgrading from Bluehill 2 to Bluehill Universal

Much of the workflow and file structure of Bluehill Universal remains the same as it did in Bluehill 2. Building a method,
running a test, and setting up calculations should all feel familiar. In addition to updating the look and feel of Bluehill
Universal, we have added several new features, and have optimized the user experience of many of the existing Bluehill 2
features. We understand that operator training is a concern of many labs and have made an effort to minimize that burden
with our evolving versions of Bluehill software.

Results and Raw Data Export Options Data Sheet

Bluehill Universal offers many options for exporting Test Results and Raw Data. Upon completing a sample of tests, users can automatically export a professional report, or create a customized output file with custom-formatted tables of method parameters, test results and raw data, ready to import into a laboratory information management system (LIMS).

Application Programming Interface Data Sheet

Bluehill Universal’s Application Programming Interface (API) allows Bluehill system administrators to program their own custom interfaces for various applications and devices to control pre- and post-test actions. In the simplest terms, the API allows you to automate some components of the testing sequence, and create your own interface for running certain parts of the system (exporting, importing, starting, etc.). The Bluehill API is included with the standard purchase of Bluehill Universal, and is accessible with simple Visual Studio .NET based programming.
