AT6 Automated Testing System: Configured for Non-Ambient Elastomer Testing

The AT6 is designed for automated, high-throughput mechanical testing and is capable of operating under controlled temperature conditions to evaluate material performance.

The system is integrated with an Instron 6800 Series extra-height load frame, an AVE advanced video extensometer for non-contacting strain measurement, and a temperature-controlled environmental chamber. This setup enables precise characterization of elastomeric specimens in accordance with relevant ISO and ASTM standards, including those governing temperature tensile testing.

The AT6’s automation capabilities reduce operator variability and increase test repeatability, making it suitable for applications requiring consistent data across a range of environmental conditions, such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial materials research.
