Présentation

Conçue pour les essais forte capacité de traction, compression, pliage/flexion, et de cisaillement, la machine de traction HDX est alimentée par une pompe hydraulique qui déplace le piston chargé de délivrer les forces nécessaires à l'essai.

Caractéristiques
  • Machine de traction polyvalente comprenant deux espaces d'essai, permettant à l'utilisateur de passer rapidement d'un essai de traction à un essai de compression sans manipuler de lourdes fixations.
  • Colonnes de guidage à encoche permettant le reposionnement de la traverse supérieure.
  • Traverse ouverte en face avant en option pour faciliter la mise en place des éprouvettes et accroitre la productivité et la sécurité.
  • Le capteur de force à jauge de contrainte mesure directement la force appliquée sur chaque éprouvette.

The information in this document is intended to aid customers in the site preparation, unpacking, lifting, and installation of the Instron Model HDX Static Hydraulic Universal Testing Systems. These instructions assume the following: • Your system consists of a frame, a hydraulic power supply, a control unit, a computer system with an Instron materials testing software package, and any testing accessories necessary to secure the specimen in the test space. It is important that the site be adequately prepared in order to avoid unnecessary delays in the installation process and to ensure that the testing system operates without interference from various environmental conditions (i.e. excess building vibrations or extreme temperature and humidity levels).
