ISO 10275:2007 - Esponente di Incrudimento da Trazione
ISO 10275:2007 specifica un metodo per determinare l’esponente di incrudimento da trazione, comunemente chiamato n-value, dei materiali metallici piatti, tipicamente fogli e nastri.
Per calcolare l’n-value, una prova viene eseguita secondo ISO 6892 ed è prodotta una curva sforzo deformazione utilizzando un estensimetro assiale. L’n-value viene calcolato su tutta l’intervallo uniforme di deformazione plastica. Questo è in genere fatto dall'inizio della regione uniforme di incrudimento, dopo eventuali fenomeni di snervamento, fino a poco prima del punto in cui la resistenza di trazione viene calcolata, Rm. Questi calcoli possono essere fatti automaticamente con il software Bluehill (versione completa) o con Partner.
Una prova ISO 10275 viene in genere eseguita come ISO 10113, velocità di deformazione plastica.
