NIJ 0115.00 prova di pugnalata per giubbotti antiproiettile
Il giubbotto protettivo per l'esercito e la difesa deve essere rigorosamente testato secondo gli standard internazionali come NIJ 0115.00 per dimostrare che quel giubbotto militare è a prova di pugnalata e conforme allo standard NIJ 0115.00, poiché una singola pugnalata può ucciderti sul posto.
Questo standard specifica un test di impatto utilizzando una torre di caduta come la torre di caduta Instron 9450.
Il 9450 è una versatile torre di caduta con un intervallo di energia compreso tra 0,59 e 1800 joule quando dotato di un sistema ad alta energia che soddisfa i requisiti per i test tra 36 e 65 joule come indicato nella norma;
il requisito per misurare la forza fino a 22kN è facilmente soddisfatto con il nostro tup piezoelettrico strumentato standard.
Inoltre, con il software Bluehill Impact e la velocità di acquisizione dati di 2 MHz significa che i risultati saranno di straordinaria precisione, consentendo lo studio delle modalità di guasto e delle vibrazioni transitorie.
