Introduction to Static Materials Testing
A one-day introduction to the fundamentals of materials testing. This course covers mechanical properties, test types, stress-strain curves, modulus, and yield — with live demonstrations of tensile, compressive, flexural, and peel testing on computerized instruments. By the end of the day, students will be able to interpret test curves, calculate key results, and apply good testing procedures across common test types.
Bluehill® Universal Introduction to Test Method Development
A one-day hands-on course for new Bluehill Universal users. Working with a certified Instron instructor, students work through a series of guided projects covering test method development, calculations, results setup, data export, and reporting. By the end of the course, students will be able to build, save, and run their own test methods and streamline their lab workflow using Bluehill best practices.

Secrets of Reliable Testing
A one-day course for machine operators, lab managers, and quality and R&D professionals who want to eliminate inconsistency from their test results. Covering six modules — measurement error, operator mistakes, safety awareness, standard interpretation, system setup, and environmental considerations — the course equips attendees with the knowledge to identify and avoid the common mistakes that lead to unreliable data. Available at customer facilities or Instron offices throughout Europe, with a maximum of 12 attendees per session.
