ISO 8067 測試方法用於研究具有指定厚度的軟質泡沫聚合材料的撕裂強度。此測試旨在確定產品在給定位移速率下的峰值力與撕裂強度特性。

原則上，將試樣夾在測試機的夾具中，確保試樣被妥善夾持。以恆定的位移速率施加力，將試樣撕裂直至斷裂。ISO 8067 允許兩種型號的試樣：方法 A 使用褲型撕裂試樣，而方法 B 使用角型試樣。

試樣製備

ISO 8067 根據所使用的方法規定了不同的尺寸。方法 A（褲型撕裂）需要一個帶有預切狹縫並形成兩個「腿」的矩形試片，而方法 B（直角形試片）則使用模切成直角形狀的試片。有關每種方法的確切試片尺寸和製備要求，請參閱 ISO 8067:2018。

測試速度

測試速度範圍為 50 至 500 mm/min，具體取決於所使用的方法。為了仲裁目的，方法 A 以 50 ± 5 mm/min 的速度進行，而方法 B 則以 500 ± 50 mm/min 的速度進行。

試片數量

每個樣品至少需要三個試片。如果結果的離散度太大而無法獲得可靠的平均值，則可能需要額外的試片。

  • 試樣夾持 – 我們建議使用配備橡膠塗層夾面的氣動側動夾具，並安裝於萬能材料試驗機上來夾持材料。雖然手動夾具也能運作，但我們的許多使用者更偏好氣動夾具，因為其易用性、生產力及更佳的重複性。氣動側動夾具允許您設定夾持壓力，而手動操作的夾具則取決於操作者的力量。在這些測試中，夾持壓力與試樣對齊非常重要。夾持壓力過大可能會導致過早斷裂，而夾持壓力不足則可能導致試樣滑脫或在夾具處及附近斷裂。這些夾具通常安裝在單柱或雙柱測試機上。
