ElectroPuls E10000®

The ElectroPuls® E10000 is a state-of-the-art, all-electric test instrument designed for dynamic and static testing on a wide range of materials and components. It includes Instron® advanced digital control electronics, bi-axial DynacellTM load cell, Console software, and the very latest in testing technology – hassle-free tuning based on specimen stiffness, electrically operated crosshead lifts, a T-slot table for flexible test set ups and a host of other user-orientated features. Powered from a single-phase supply it requires no additional utilities for basic machine operation (for example, pneumatic air, hydraulics, or water).

Spinal Implants

The Instron® spinal fixture is designed to meet ASTM F1717-12 requirements. In accordance to the standard, the UHMWPE blocks
are attached to the spinal fixture. The design of the blocks can differ, according to the clinical application at the intended spinal
location. The way that the blocks are connected to the fixture allow a degree of freedom when performing bending compression,
bending tensile, and torsional testing.

8874 Servohydraulic Fatigue Testing System

The Instron® 8874 is a compact tabletop axial-torsion servohydraulic testing system that meets the challenging demands various static and dynamic tests requires. The system carries out axial, torsion, or combined axial-torsion tests. With the actuator in the upper crosshead and a lower t-slot table, the 8874 makes an ideal platform for testing a variety of medical devices, biomaterials, advanced materials, and other components testing.
