ISO 14130 透過短樑法測定表觀層間剪切強度

ISO 14130 測試方法涵蓋以短樑法測定纖維增強塑膠複合材料的表觀層間剪切強度(ILSS)。此方法適用於採用熱固性或熱塑性基體的複合材料。所得數據不適用於確定設計參數,但可用於材料篩選或品質控制。因此,針對不同的試樣,破壞模式也會有所差異,而這取決於製造過程中所採用的纖維鋪層程序。

我們的 CP110860 剪切夾具由一根矩形截面的桿件組成,並具有兩個支撐點;試樣置於兩支撐點上,載荷構件位於兩支撐點之間的中間位置。該夾具整合了導向式上砧座,以確保試樣平行受載。此測試程序採用較小的跨距,並採用試樣厚度比,以提高試樣中剪切應力相對於彎曲應力的比例,從而促使發生層間剪切破壞。
