RS LabSite® modulogic
RS LabSite® modulogic is a comprehensive, modular software suite for structural durability testing and virtual prototyping. It enables engineers to introduce service loads into individual components or complete vehicles, perform calculations using standardized load sequences, and maintain full control of all tasks following data acquisition on the proving ground.
The software provides both open and closed loop control for durability tests, with real-time data collection, process monitoring, and extensive reporting with graphical results presentation. RS LabSite® modulogic consists of four components: RS BasTest RT, the core module for digital pre-processing of durability tests, and three extension modules — RS Analysis for single and multi-axial service load simulation, RS TWR for specific analysis procedures, and RS Monitoring for multistage reporting functions.
The software is modular and consists of four components. The basic module, RS BasTest RT, provides all necessary tools for digital pre-processing of durability tests. Depending on requirements, the extension modules RS Analysis, RS TWR and RS Monitoring, can be used for single- and multi-axial service load simulations, specific analysis procedures or multistage reporting functions. The software runs under the Windows© operating system.
