Addressing Alignment Challenges

Increasingly within component testing, alignment is becoming a critical factor in capturing accurate and repeatable results. Applications such as ISO 80369 Luer connector evaluation or testing of increasingly miniaturized electronics are highly sensitive to even small angular or concentric deviations.

To meet these demands, we’ve introduced design upgrades* that mitigate the primary sources of angular and concentric misalignment with the system and ensure results can be reliably obtained for even the most demanding of applications. Current production units incorporate an updated output shaft for improved runout performance, paired with an XY adjustment base that enables quick, in‑situ corrections for concentricity.
