Extensometers
AVE2 Dynamic Non-Contacting Video Extensometer Built on non-contacting strain measurement experience, AVE2 delivers fully integrated dynamic strain measurement and control you can rely on, thanks to patented technologies.
Built on non-contacting strain measurement experience, AVE2 delivers fully integrated dynamic strain measurement and control you can rely on, thanks to patented technologies.
Accurate, lightweight units for direct measurement and closed-loop control of strain. Their versatility means they can be used across a wide variety of applications.
Load Cells
Dynacell™ is the world's first truly dynamic load cell, designed from the outset for measuring dynamic loads. Dynacell uses an accelerometer positioned directly on the load axis, at the heart of the load cell, removing the risk of errors in the acceleration reading caused by off-center loading.

High Temperature
Catalog No. 3117-082
A set of four different-length pullrods suitable for fatigue, tension, compression, and torsion testing. Unlocks the high-temperature performance of ElectroPuls accessories.
Catalog No. 3119-605
Designed for use with all ElectroPuls instruments except the E1000, this chamber provides temperatures from -100°C to +350°C.
Allows the chamber to be rolled back from the test area for full access to the load string between tests or when not in use.
Compression Platens
This compression fixture is designed to easily provide compression testing capability. The platens are rigidly fixed and non-self-aligning, with high stiffness that resists off-center loads — retaining parallelism during specimen failure.
The 3 kN compression platens are 50 mm (2 in) in diameter, compatible with LVDTs, and suitable for non-ambient testing.
The 20 kN compression platens are 100 mm (4 in) in diameter, compatible with LVDTs, and suitable for non-ambient testing.
Flexure Fixtures
Catalog No. 2810-500
3-Point Provides 3-point flexure testing capability. The specimen is supported on two lower anvils, with load applied at the center of the specimen by a single upper anvil.
Catalog No. 2810-505
Converts the 20 kN Flexure Fixture from a 3-point to a 4-point bend fixture.
Automated Testing Systems
Whether you want to perform multi-location button presses, simulate swiping of touch devices, or automate testing of sample batches, the ElectroPuls Automated XY Stage will transform your testing. Its precise, repeatable positioning lets you test the same location, or a defined sequence of locations, across dozens or hundreds of cycles without manual repositioning between tests — removing operator variability from tests that would otherwise depend on it.
This makes the Automated XY Stage especially valuable for consumer electronics and touchscreen device testing, where durability claims depend on consistent, repeatable motion across thousands of cycles, as well as for any application involving multiple test points on a single specimen, from keypads and switches to multi-button assemblies. By automating what would otherwise require constant operator attention, the Automated XY Stage frees your team to focus on analyzing results instead of repositioning specimens between runs.
Biomedical Fluid Bath
The ElectroPuls Fluid Bath is the ideal solution for a wide variety of biomedical testing applications in saline solution or distilled water. Its 5-liter capacity accommodates a range of specimen sizes, from small implants and devices to larger biomaterial samples, while keeping the specimen fully immersed throughout the test.
Paired with the Temperature-Controlled Fluid Re-circulator (catalog no. CP106108), fluid temperature can be regulated to simulate body temperature (37°C / 98.6°F) for in vivo conditions — critical for biomedical applications where material behavior at physiological temperature can differ meaningfully from behavior at room temperature. This makes the bath especially valuable for testing devices and materials intended for long-term implantation, such as orthopedic implants, spinal devices, and other components that must perform reliably inside the human body over time.
Combined with ElectroPuls' precision dynamic and static testing capabilities, the Fluid Bath lets you run fatigue, durability, and mechanical testing under conditions that closely replicate the environment your device will actually face in use.
