[00:04]: Today is a pretty exciting day.

[00:06]: We are having the grand opening of the Instron® Demo Lab at the G.RAU Inc. lab.

[00:11]: We're located in the San Francisco Bay area in a town called Scotts Valley, just outside of Santa Cruz.

[00:17]: We are inviting several of our prospective customers here to be able to understand what we're doing and the applications and technologies that Instron can provide to support them.

[00:26]: The demo lab is really designed to showcase what the equipment can do for a customer who has a specific application or need.

[00:35]: So this gives the opportunity for customers to come firsthand to see the equipment in person, get their hands on it, to understand how to use it.

[00:43]: And also help them continue to grow and accomplish what their target needs are as well.

[00:49]: This space is really set up to be able to have one-on-one relationships and setting something up together.

[00:54]: So by coming on site, you can help iterate in making sure that whatever the testing needs are, are going to fit your tailored needs.

[01:02]: When someone walks into the demo lab for the first time, they can expect to see the flagship ElectroPuls® systems that Instron provides. With the E1K, E3K, and the E10K, as well as the 68TM-50 with the AVE3 extensometer.

[01:18]: Now, these systems in terms of the configuration will change over time as our local customer needs change as well.

[01:24]: Expect to see new products being demonstrated and showcased here as well in the future.

[01:30]: And it also just allows us to kind of expand our offering to local customers as potentially a new location for trainings and seminars, which we didn't have previously.
